Celebrating Neurodiversity Through Compassionate Support and Holistic Growth

You've internalized messages of inadequacy, creating a painful narrative that tells you that no matter how hard you try, you'll never be able to have the life you want.

Let’s be honest, being human can really suck at times.

The stress of trying to figure it out, the pain of feeling like the life you want is just outside of your reach, the struggle with genuine connection, beating yourself up about mistakes in the past or having anxiety about what might happen.

All this can make us feel stuck, lost, and a little cray cray.

You are not alone in this experience.

You feel like you are experiencing…

  • Internalized negative messages from childhood

  • Frequent self-criticism and low self-esteem

  • People pleasing as means to maintain the peace

  • Productivity as a reflection of your self worth

  • Persistent feeling of being a fraud despite achievements

  • Feeling like you’re "faking" competence

  • Anxiety-driven need for control in certain areas of life

  • Generalized anxiety from constant worry about missed tasks or potential failures

  • Chronic stress from trying to meet other people’s expectations

  • Difficulty processing negative feedback

  • Social anxiety due to past social challenges, thoughts like “if they really knew me, they wouldn’t like me”

  • Dissecting social interactions right after they happened or ruminating on mistakes that happened years ago

  • Potential for addictive behaviors as a dopamine-seeking mechanism

  • Difficulty maintaining consistent healthy eating habits

  • Difficulty with emotional regulations which leads to fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses

It takes a lot of courage to be on your healing journey and I want to acknowledge your effort.

Specializing in…

  • I provide holistic, compassionate support that recognizes the profound impact of traumatic experiences on an individual's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My approach prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment, creating a healing environment that respects each person's unique journey.

Some essential areas I focus on are:

    • Developing self compassion, self esteem, and self awareness

    • Learning how to find calm in chaos (nervous system regulation)

    • Rebuilding a sense of agency and resilience

    • Cultivating trusting and fulfilling relationships with both self and others

By implementing evidence-based interventions that emphasize choice, collaboration, and strengths-based perspectives, I support clients in transforming traumatic experiences from sources of pain to opportunities for profound personal growth and healing.

  • I provide compassionate support for individuals struggling with overwhelm and anxiety stemming from their neurodivergent experience.

My approach centers on creating personalized strategies that help manage emotional intensity, self criticism, and reduce paralyzing stress.

I guide clients in developing practical coping mechanisms to:

    • Break down complex tasks and build sustainable habits

    • Understand and regulate emotional responses

    • Manage rejection sensitivity, rumination, and shame responses

    • Identify, release, and replace negative core belief systems

My work focuses on validating their experiences, building self-compassion, and empowering them to develop adaptive skills that turn anxiety from a barrier into a navigable challenge.
