You thought life would be different as an adult or, at least, to enjoy the freedom to ‘do you boo boo’.

  • Negative self talk, belief in your abilities, or maintaining a positive outlook

  • Setting effective goals or breaking them down into small, achievable steps or objectives

  • Procrastination or finding motivation, how to prioritize your tasks and plan when and how you will accomplish things

  • Developing and maintaining deep and meaningful connections with others, understanding ways inattentiveness, impulsivity, and distractibility can impact relationships

  • Techniques for regulating emotions or managing anxiety, depression, or increased stress.

Maybe you’re struggling with…

How it Works

01

Reach Out

02

Boring (but Necessary) Paperwork

03

First Group Session

  • Group starts on time, so try to be on time (even if it’s not your superpower). Email me if you’re running late!

  • I’ll open the group 10 minutes early for casual chat—come say hi!

  • Reminder there is a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Once we connect, I’ll set up a profile for you and send over intake paperwork via Simple Practice.

The paperwork takes 5–10 minutes to complete.

Pretend you're a crayfish escaping a pot of hot water—set a timer, see how fast you can finish, and send me your time for bonus points. 🦞

(It’s also ok to go slow and read through everything - especially the Group Guidelines.)

Watch your inbox for the Simple Practice email—seriously, don’t let it get lost in the void!

James Clear once wisely said…

“Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.”

If you’ve ever felt stuck, struggled to find motivation, or grappled with rejection sensitivity or imposter syndrome, you’re not alone.

It’s completely understandable in a world built around neurotypical expectations.

But there are solutions.

Together, we can break through barriers and help each other unlock our full potential.

Join a positive, empowering, and fun community that celebrates being neurodivergent.

Drumroll please Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

The details…

  • Mondays starting January 13th from 6-8 pm.

    Excluding Holidays

Possibly taking a summer break from June to August.

  • Try your first session for $10 to experience our community firsthand!

After that sessions are $30 each.

  • Living with family and friends who have ADHD has shown me the transformative power of specialized care and education tailored to their unique needs. The difference in their wellbeing when they receive appropriate support is profound and far-reaching.

Just as forests thrive through biodiversity, our human communities flourish with neurodiversity. Each distinct way of thinking and experiencing the world enriches our collective potential and enables us to solve problems in innovative ways.

The challenges we face today call for diverse perspectives and talents. When people with ADHD embrace their unique gifts rather than trying to conform to a narrow definition of "normal," they unlock extraordinary potential.

I envision a future where we work together to create meaningful change—starting with individual support and understanding, then rippling outward to transform entire communities. By fostering an environment where neurodiversity is celebrated, we all benefit from the creativity, energy, and unique insights that different minds bring to our shared human experience.
